Delivery: a download, not a parcel

Every guide is a digital PDF. There is nothing to ship and no delivery fee anywhere in Kenya or abroad.

What happens after payment

  1. You pay with M-PESA, Airtel Money or a card through our payment provider.
  2. The provider confirms the payment to us automatically.
  3. Your order page unlocks the download, and the same link is emailed to the address you typed at checkout.

Delivery is normally seconds after confirmation. M-PESA and Airtel can occasionally take a minute or two; keep the order page open and it will update.

Where to find your files

The order page is the permanent home of your download. Save the link from the confirmation email. There is no expiry on the order link. Mentorship is booked separately from your account once you are signed in.

Checkout status

Checkout is being switched on with the payments release. If a guide page still shows Checkout opens soon, payments are not live yet — the catalogue is complete but no money can be taken until the payment provider is enabled.

If the download fails

Email us with your order reference and we will restore access. If the file itself is damaged, we replace it. See refunds for details.

Email and spam

Delivery email comes from our verified sender. If it is missing, check spam and promotions, then email us — we can resend it or read the link to you from the order record.
