- How much does a guide cost?
- Every guide is KES 699, paid once.
- How do I pay?
- Pay with M-PESA, Airtel Money or a card through our payment provider. Payment is confirmed automatically and the download unlocks on your order page.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No. Buyers check out as guests. Your order page is the permanent home of your download link. To book mentorship, sign in with the same email and confirm it.
- Is the guide a physical book?
- No. Every guide is a digital PDF you read on your phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to ship and no delivery fee.
- Can I read it on my phone?
- Yes. The PDF works in any standard reader on Android, iPhone, Windows, macOS and Linux, and you can print it for personal use.
- Who writes the guides?
- The guides are published by Practical Guide Publishers and written for Kenyan business owners, with the same practical structure across the catalogue.
- What is the free mentorship offer?
- Every paid guide includes one free mentorship session for that business area. Choose a guide you own and a mentor or ask us to match you, then pick a day. The office confirms the time and how to meet.
- Can I buy for a group or an organisation?
- Checkout supports individual and organisation purchases. For bulk purchases or training partners, contact us before paying so we can advise on the best option.
- What if my download does not work?
- Email us with your order reference and we will restore access or replace the file. See the refund policy for the full process.
