The product

Each guide is a digital PDF sold as a single-user licence. Buying a guide does not give you the right to resell it, share the file publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or use it to train others for payment without our written permission.

Price and payment

• Every guide is priced at KES 699. The price you see on the guide page, including any organisation price, is the price you pay.
• Payment is taken by our payment provider. We accept M-PESA, Airtel Money and card payments as shown at checkout.
• We never ask for your PIN or full card details. Payment confirmation comes from the provider, not from a screenshot.

Delivery

Delivery is the download link on your order page, plus the same link by email. See delivery for details. Because the file is delivered instantly, the right to cancel a download that has already started is limited by law; the refund policy explains what we do anyway.

What you may do with a guide

• Read it, print one copy for your own use and use it to run your business.
• Quote short extracts with attribution to Practical Guide Publishers.

What you may not do: resell it, give copies away, publish the file, or present it as your own work.

Accuracy and limits

The guides are practical business guidance, not legal, tax or financial advice, and they are not a guarantee of profit. Rules, prices and licences change; check the current requirement with the relevant authority before you commit money. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a guide is limited to the price you paid for it.

Support and mentorship

Mentorship is a free, good-faith support offer included with a paid order. It is not a guarantee of a business outcome and it does not create an employment or agency relationship.

Changes

We may update a guide, its price or these terms. The version that applied to your order is the one in force when you paid.
